Granted the apartment's under my control starting in May but the bank already slapped that mortgage on my account so it's a done deal

Awesome!!! Congratulations! :D For me, it was such a weird feeling when we took the mortgage to buy our flat, but now I only ever think of it when the monthly payment gets taken from my account.
